Shipping Policy – HiChord


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Pre-Orders

Many of our products at HiChord are offered on a pre-order basis. This means the item is not yet in stock and will ship at a later date.

 

  • Estimated Shipping Dates: Each pre-order product page will clearly indicate the expected shipping timeframe. These dates are estimates and may change due to production or supply chain factors.

  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

  • Delays: Pre-orders may be subject to delays. If there are significant changes to your order timeline, we will notify you via email.

  • Cancellations: Pre-orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated.

 


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

 


Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.


4. International Shipping

HiChord offers international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.


6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. HiChord is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [support@hichord.com].


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

HiChord is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.


10. Delays Outside Our Control

HiChord is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance.
